When you install Global Fraud Solutions' software, a non-identifiable Machine ID number, or "fingerprint", of your computer hardware is created and communicated to our secure registration server. This is a standard industry practice used by most software manufacturers. This fingerprint simply identifies the machine that the software has been installed on, does not contain any personally identifiable information or any other data about you, your PC, or programs that you might have installed, and it is used solely to prevent software piracy and unauthorized software installations.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise share this information with outside parties except only to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.
