Nationally-renown Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) Installs and Implements Revolutionary CasePlanner™ Software to Aid Victims of Identity Theft

San Diego, CA – Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC), the nation's leading non-profit solution center for victims of Identity Theft, recently installed and implemented CasePlanner to manage identity theft cases that are routed to their call center. CasePlanner is manufactured by Global Fraud Solutions, LLC, a Utah based company and international leader in identity theft solutions.

Jay Foley, Executive Director of the ITRC said that "CasePlanner may be the only software solution out there that can address the complexity, diversity, and distributed information needed to resolve even the most complicated Identity Theft cases. Up until now, law enforcement, financial institutions, victims, and victim advocacy groups like the ITRC, have relied on paper-based tracking systems to resolve these difficult cases. "It was simply impractical if not impossible to coordinate data between the interested parties, and especially the victim, which contributes to the reason many of these cases just don't get solved” said Foley. Now information is entered once and distributed to all interested parties in a seamless integration. Data can be accessed and delivered electronically or in hard-copy, but the master data is stored in a centralized database. Advanced data mining capabilities give investigators clarity and help connect the dots that very often link one case with another.
